Shibui is the first restaurant concept from Kaizen House Ltd. and aims to bring together Elizabeth's love of fire, subtle detail and bold flavours, with intentions of elevating everyday dishes with interesting ingredient pairings.

Shibui is an old Japanese adjective with broad translations and can allude to the beauty in simplicity...

Shibui will focus on wood fire cooking, balanced dishes and influences from Europe and Asia; think refined BBQ with inventive flavour pairings.
